* Fokusierung auf Softwareentwicklung UND/ODER IT-Projektmanagement, je nach Eignung und Interesse
 * Softwareentwicklung MS SQL, .net8, C#, Winforms, DevExpress, Legacy
 * Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Softwarelösungen für langjährige Bestandskunden (TimeScale Datenbanken, .NET 8, React)
 * Programmieren in C# unter Visual Studio
 * Erstellung von Desktopanwendungen für Windows
 * GIT-Versions- / Sourcecodeverwaltung für Projekte
 * Abstimmung mit anderen internen Abteilungen (Vertrieb, Support, ...)
 * Eigenverantwortliche Projektabwicklung inklusive Begleitung der Änderungs-, Umsetzungs-, Test- und Produktivsetzungsmanagement
 * Projektvorbereitung und -begleitung hinsichtlich Prozessdesignoptimierungen, Prozesserstellung, Anforderungsanalysen und Aufwandsschätzungen
 * Dokumentations- und Reportingaufgaben
