 * Installation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung der Atlassian Jira-Instanzen (Server/Cloud) >

inklusive Upgrades und Wartung

 * Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Konzeption und Integration von Geschäftsprozessen

 * Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement

 * Erstellung, Anpassung und Pflege von Workflows, Screens, Feldern, Bildschirmmasken

 * Verwaltung von Plugins/Apps, Add-ons und Integrationen

 * Unterstützung der Endanwender, Schulungen und Dokumentation zu Prozessen

 * Unterstützung bei Lizenzmanagement und Kostenkontrolle
