* Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung von Dynamics 365 CRM unter Berücksichtigung der fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen via Low-Code

 * Wartung und Optimierung des Dynamics-365-CRM-Systems zur Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und reibungslosen Abläufen

 * Integration von Dynamics 365 CRM in bestehende Geschäftsapplikationen

 * Durchführung von System- und Integrationstests sowie Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern

 * Analyse, technische Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Business- und IT-Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Owner:innen
