* Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Planung von Bauvorhaben in Abstimmung mit Architektinnen und Fachplanerinnen

 * Begleitung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung

 * Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen Planungsbüros, Gewerken und Dienstleistern

 * Überwachung der Umsetzung sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs

 * Prüfung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben, technischen Standards und internen Richtlinien
