## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. IT-Techniker, Fachinformatiker, HTL etc.)

* Betreuung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden - vor Ort sowie per Fernwartung

 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware, Software und Netzwerkkomponenten

 * Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und technischer Support im 1st- und 2nd-Level

 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und laufende Pflege unserer Systeme

 * Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei IT-Projekten und Modernisierungsvorhaben
