 * Effektives Störungs-, Eskalations- und Problemmanagement

Projektarbeit & Weiterentwicklung

 * Umsetzung und Begleitung von Projekten im OT-nahen Umfeld (z. B. TISAX-Einführung und -Weiterentwicklung, OT-Servicehärtung)
 * Mitarbeit bei zentralen IT-Services sowie Leitung oder Beteiligung an unternehmensweiten IT-Projekten
