## Description

* Verantwortung für die operative IT-Unterstützung eines Produktionsstandortes
 * Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen und zuverlässigen IT-Betriebs in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld
 * Analyse, Bearbeitung und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen sowie Koordination von Eskalationsfällen
 * Mitarbeit bei technischen Projekten im Umfeld von Produktions- und Betriebstechnologien
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen
 * Beteiligung an standortübergreifenden IT-Projekten sowie Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung
 * Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung in Server-, Netzwerk- und Virtualisierungsumgebungen
 * Betreuung von Client- und Infrastruktursystemen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Servicepartnern und Lieferanten
