* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Studium oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Technik, Qualität oder Produktion (bevorzugt Studium Maschinenbau/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)

 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

 * Hands-on Mentalität und Freude an praxisnaher Problemlösung im Produktionsumfeld

 * Technische Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von Machine-Vision- und KI-Inspektionssystemen über mehrere Werke hinweg inklusive Sicherstellung von Gruppenstandards, Skalierbarkeit und reproduzierbaren Lösungen

 * Verantwortung für die Bildaufnahmeebene: Standardisierung von Kameras, Optiken und Beleuchtungssystemen sowie Definition von Einstellungen für stabile und robuste Bildqualität

 * Entwicklung und Optimierung von SOPs, Kalibrierungs- und Verifikationsprozessen zur schnellen und standardisierten Inbetriebnahme von Inspektionsstationen

 * Inbetriebnahme und Stabilisierung von Vision-Systemen in anspruchsvollen Produktionsumgebungen unter Berücksichtigung von Vibration, Verschmutzung, Reflexionen und thermischen Einflüssen

 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mechanik-, Elektrik-, PLC- und Software-/AI-Teams zur Definition von Qualitätsstandards, Abnahmekriterien und nachhaltigen Produktionslösungen
