## About the Role

To be successful in this role, you should have:

 * 2+ years of experience as a software developer.

 * A diverse portfolio of technical skills.

 * Proficiency in Python (required).

 * Understanding of (or interest in) machine learning techniques for predictive modeling.

 * JavaScript, MySQL, or data science frameworks (not required but a plus)

 * Experience with Odoo (not required but a plus).

 * Understanding of (or interest in) machine learning techniques for predictive modeling.

 * Experience building APIs and working with complex data-driven systems

 * Well-structured and analytical thinking.

 * The ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience.

 * Fluent English skills (German is a plus).

 * The motivation to take ownership of projects from conception to release.

 * Energy, team spirit, and a creative mindset to continually improve our processes.
