* Systemadministration und operativer Betrieb der SAP-Landschaft in der SAP Private Cloud (RISE with SAP)

 * Überwachung, Analyse und kontinuierliche Performance-Optimierung der SAP-Systeme

 * Verwaltung von Mandanten, Transporten und Durchführung von Systemkopien

 * Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Sicherheit geschäftskritischer SAP-Systeme

 * Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Upgrades, Patches und Release-Wechseln in Zusammenarbeit mit SAP- und Hosting-Partnern

 * Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management auf Basis von ITIL-Standards

 * Dokumentation der Systemlandschaft sowie Mitwirkung an Architektur- und Betriebsrichtlinien
