 * Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil

 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Applikationen rund um das ERP-System

 * Du fungierst als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Anwender:innen bei Fragen und Störungen im Bereich zentraler Applikationen (ERP, PLM, DMS, produktionsnahe Systeme)

 * Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungen

 * Aktive Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten im ERP- und Applikationsumfeld

 * Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen im Ticketsystem sowie in der Knowledge Base
