This is a non-developer role with focus on architecture, process understanding, data modelling, and ensuring that SuccessFactors integrates seamlessly with the broader HR and enterprise landscape. The architect interacts with internal and external stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future-proof solutions. This role also supports SuccessFactors Employee Central in the areas of business configuration, business rules, permissions, data loads and general support., Integration Architecture * Support the end-to-end integration architecture for SuccessFactors and connected HR or enterprise systems. * Focus on integration concepts, data flows, and interface specifications based on business and technical requirements. * Ensure integration solutions follow best practices for security, performance, error handling, and monitoring. * Maintain integration documentation, standards, and architectural guidelines. SuccessFactors Employee Central Expertise * Serve as the subject-matter expert for Employee Central, including: * Core HR processes (hire, termination, job changes, position management) * Business configuration (data models, workflows, business rules, picklists) * MDF objects and effective-dated data structures * Provide functional guidance on EC configuration and its impact on integrations and downstream systems. * Support data load activities (e.g., mass changes, cutover loads) by defining templates, validation rules, and data quality checks. * Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all integrated systems. Stakeholder Collaboration * Work closely with HR, IT, external vendors, and implementation partners to translate business needs into scalable solution designs. * End-to-end responsibility from #Tech side during project phases such as blueprinting, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
