## About the Role

+ Excellent English and French communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
 + At least 1 year of experience in customer support role (technical support preferably) in a fast-paced environment;
 + Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support (understanding of APIs, OS, SaaS tools);
 + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with constant attention to detail.
 + Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
 + Exceptional interpersonal and team-player skills;
 + Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers;
 + Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).

What you will do:

 + Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner;
 + Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers;
 + Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues;
 + Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution;
 + Document customer interactions and inquiries in D365;
 + Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures;
 + Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with company updates and changes.
