Strategy & Product Vision Define SFDC Roadmap: align the platform's features and strategic vision with broader company goals (e.g., improving sales conversion rates, reducing customer churn, improving customer service CSAT scores) Vendor & Ecosystem Management: evaluate third-party plugins, APIs, and app marketplace tools (e.g., AppExchange) to expand system capabilities cost-effectively Value & ROI Measurement: track KPIs such as system adoption rates, workflow automation savings, pipeline accuracy, and customer resolution times to quantify platform ROI * 2. Backlog Management & Sprint Execution Backlog Prioritization: create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical effort, and user dependencies User Story Creation: write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for developers, admin teams, and system architects Agile Ceremonies: participate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Acceptance & Validation: test and sign off on completed features prior to production releases to ensure quality and specification compliance * 3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Requirements Gathering: act as the main intake point for feature requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT Conflict Resolution: balance competing departmental demands and establish clear prioritization criteria Change Management: work with enablement teams to create training materials, document platform changes, and manage communication around updates * 4. User Adoption & Operational Excellence Workflow & Process Optimization: audit existing business processes to remove friction, automate routine tasks, and standardize lead-to-cash or support ticket lifecycles Drive Platform Adoption: monitor active user metrics, identify low-adoption departments, and introduce training initiatives to improve software utilization Feedback Loops: establish structured mechanisms (surveys, user groups) to collect ongoing feedback from end-users on platform usability * 5.
