## About the Role

* Experiencia con aplicaciones MVC y API REST y nociones de aplicaciones web.
 * Conocimientos en cualquier lenguaje de programación, idealmente con experiencia en varios lenguajes.
 * Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevos entornos de desarrollo y tecnologías.
 * Motivación para aprender y desarrollarse en Elixir/Phoenix, ya que te formaremos en este lenguaje y framework.
 * Orientación al detalle y la calidad: Escribes buen código y te gusta revisar la interfaz y detectar cualquier detalle, ¡incluso de front!
 * Mentalidad centrada en el usuario: Sabes que el único motivo por el que escribimos código es para ayudar a los usuarios de Bizneo a realizar sus tareas.
 * Trabajo en equipo siempre: Comunicarte y trabajar muy de la mano con el equipo es algo imprescindible y esencial para ti en cualquier ámbito.

Un plus si además

 * Tienes alguna experiencia previa o proyecto personal con Elixir y/o Phoenix.
 * Has trabajado en entornos de desarrollo colaborativo y tienes buenas habilidades de comunicación.
