## About the Role

* Vous êtes un "incident solver" orienté client, et vous avez l'esprit d'équipe
 * Vous bénéficiez de préférence d'une expérience « NOC » (Network Operations Centre) dans un environnement similaire.
 * Vous êtes détenteur d'un diplôme d'études supérieures techniques.
 * Vous êtes flexible et prêt à travailler en équipe continue afin d'assurer une présence 24/7
 * Intéressé par les télécommunications en général, vous avec une bonne connaissance de l'environnement Microsoft, LAN/WAN, technologies de transmission, …
 * Des connaissances dans les technologies telles que la virtualisation, le stockage, la technologie blade, la sécurité, microwave, radiocommunications digitales, sémaphonie…. sont un atout supplémentaire.
 * Bilingue, vous êtes un communicateur né en français et en néerlandais (anglais optionnel)
 * Vous donnez du support aux collègues de la première ligne.
 * Vous êtes familiarisé avec la méthodologie ITIL.

## Description

Au sein du département Customer Services & Operations, vous gérerez avec nous l´infrastructure ASTRID. Celle-ci constitue un environnement très hétérogène incluant plusieurs systèmes informatiques et de télécommunication., Le monitoring proactif et la gestion opérationnelle de ces systèmes ainsi que l´assistance technique aux utilisateurs sont assurés par le "ASTRID Service Centre" ou ASC, situé à Bruxelles. Dans le cadre du handover de nouveaux services vers les Operations, nous sommes Stakeholders et fournissons du support aux équipes Projets., * Une orientation clientèle, la résolution des incidents qui surviennent dans les systèmes ASTRID et la gestion des plaintes des utilisateurs au niveau technique.

 * Des actions proactives de monitoring facilitées par des systèmes de gestion (Dynatrace, Netboss, uNMS, OBM, VOIP, PhonEx, Vsphere, Panorama, Checkpoint, Elastic, …),
 * Le suivi des interventions de nos équipes et fournisseurs de services,
 * Une communication claire et structurée avec nos clients (internes ou externes),
 * Une contribution à la gestion et l´optimalisation des différents outils de gestion, des processus (Incident, Problem, Change).
 * Des connaissances de base en gestion de projet sont un plus
