## Description

* Je verzorgt 1e- en 2e-lijn support, inclusief installatie, configuratie en onboarding/offboarding van gebruikers, en volgt tickets op in Jira.
 * Je ondersteunt IT-projecten, security monitoring en de uitrol van Windows 11.
 * Je documenteert issues nauwkeurig en draagt bij aan efficiëntere en veiligere IT-processen.
