* Je behandelt technische incidenten die buiten de standaard support vallen en analyseert complexe storingen en performantieproblemen.
 * Je voert diepgaande troubleshooting en _oot-cause-analyses uit en werkt structurele, duurzame oplossingen uit.
 * Je stemt af met interne experts en externe partners bij structurele of kritieke problemen.
 * Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en snelheid van incidentoplossing en communiceert helder met klanten over voortgang en resultaat.
 * Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor complexe vraagstukken binnen je klantenomgeving.
 * Je adviseert proactief over stabiliteit, veiligheid en optimalisatie van IT-infrastructuren.
 * Je documenteert oplossingen, ontwikkelt best practices en draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling en procesverbetering.
