* Fluent in French and/or Dutch and good knowledge of English
 * Master or Engineer in IT or in a scientific domain with IT interest. Bachelor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical analysis
 * Experience with Application Development of Administrative Senior systems in an IT department
 * Able to capture main topics in discussions with technical IT people Senior
 * Mastering of MS-Office tools Senior
 * Strong understanding of Source code Cobol MicroFocus and SQL server
 * Web based Client/Server systems with MF back-end (Cobol MicroFocus / SQL server)
 * Batch process experience
 * Cobol MicroFocus / SQL server programming experience
 * .NET ; SQL
 * Functional analysis
 * Lead Functional Analyst
 * IT solution design on large scale projects
 * Agile & Waterfall project methodology
 * Architectural design
 * Experience in the Insurance or Banking domain
 * Life Insurance
 * Contract management, claims and Finance
 * Pragmatic & solution oriented
 * Methodical, analytical and pro-active
 * Quality oriented
 * Good communication skills

## Description

* Be in charge of translating business requirements into a structured IT solution while keeping a functional approach
 * Help translating this functional design into well-tailored technical design
 * Prepare functional integration test cases based on the requirements
 * Test the product before delivery to the users
 * Analyse potential corrective actions to be taken
 * Coordinate technical designers and programmers during implementation of functionalities
 * Work closely with the business to ensure the final solution fits their needs
 * Actively support the Project leaders in the project implementation
