 * Je hebt bij voorkeur zo'n 5 jaar ervaring als system of infra engineer, gecombineerd met 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring als teamlead.
 * People management is voor jou essentieel; je hebt een goede feeling met je team.
 * Je hebt praktische kennis van server virtualisatie, NAS, back-up systemen, netwerken en telecom. Microsoft omgevingen (SQL, Active Directory, SharePoint, SCCM, Microsoft 365, Azure) kennen geen geheimen voor jou.
 * Je bent bekend met projectmanagement methodologieën zoals SCRUM/Agile.

## Description

* Je beheert projecten en zorgt voor een feilloze werking van de systemen.
 * Je stuurt een hecht team aan van 5 IT-professionals (system, support en network engineers).
 * Je beheert de infrastructuur en plant updates, hardware-vervangingen en security patches.
 * Je leidt IT-projecten in goede banen (binnen tijd en budget) en stuurt zowel interne leden als externe partners aan.
 * Je vertaalt de behoeften van stakeholders naar een heldere ICT roadmap en beheert de bijbehorende IT-budgetten.
 * Je optimaliseert de Service Desk en meet de efficiëntie aan de hand van KPI's.
