* Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een relevante richting.
 * Je hebt drie tot vijf jaar ervaring in een analytische, administratieve of commerciële ondersteunende functie.
 * Je bent sterk analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een uitgesproken oog voor kwaliteit.
 * Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en voelt je thuis in een datagedreven omgeving.
 * Ervaring met ERP-systemen, PIM-platformen of Business Central is een mooie troef.
 * Je werkt gestructureerd, bent organisatorisch sterk en neemt graag initiatief.
 * Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.

## Description

* Je verzamelt, analyseert en rapporteert commerciële data en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten voor het salesteam.
 * Je stelt Excel-analyses, rapporten en klantoverzichten op ter ondersteuning van vergaderingen en commerciële beslissingen.
 * Je beheert omzetgegevens, rebates en commerciële administratie en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van facturen, debet- en creditnota's.
 * Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van klant-, product- en backofficedata en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie steeds correct en actueel is.
 * Je beheert productinformatie via PIM-platformen en klantenportalen en zorgt voor een correcte aanlevering van commerciële, logistieke en technische gegevens.
 * Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om dossiers efficiënt op te volgen.
 * Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van processen, datakwaliteit en administratieve workflows.
