## About the Role

* At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
 * Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem.
 * Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
 * Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
 * Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.
 * Excellent spoken and written English.
 * Any Salesforce certification is a plus.

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsabilidades

 * Requirements analysis.
 * Participate in the technical design of projects.
 * Perform effort estimations for projects.
 * Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to achieving project objectives.
 * Analyze and improve application performance.
 * Identify potential technical risks within the project and propose alternative solutions.
 * Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
 * Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
 * Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
 * Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software.
 * Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega's Technical Management.
 * Produce technical documentation for completed projects.
 * Actively contribute to the training of other team members.
