This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements throughout the product development lifecycle. Business & Product Strategy + ROI & Value-Driven: Translates feature requests into hard metrics and business cases, ruthlessly prioritizing the backlog based on data and clear ROI. + Data & Architecture Thinking: Partners with IT architects to ensure seamless, scalable, and simple end-to-end learning data flows., + Agile Execution: Collaborates closely with Dev, UX, and QA teams to translate a broad business vision into crisp, actionable user stories. + Stakeholder Diplomacy: A master communicator who aligns senior leadership, business process owners, and diverse teams with clarity and empathy. + Continuous Improvement: Monitors support data, user feedback, and SLAs to ensure the platform constantly evolves post-launch.
