## About the Role

* Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
 * Minimum 4 years of professional experience working with Apache Kafka.

Strong experience with:

 * Spring Boot
 * Spring Framework
 * Functional Programming
 * JPA
 * Software Design
 * Testing methodologies (TDD and/or BDD)

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as:

 * Oracle
 * MongoDB
 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
 * English level B2 or higher.
 * Availability to participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call support schedule.
 * Knowledge of Reactive Programming.
 * Experience with API design and specification standards (OAS3/OpenAPI).
 * Additional technical skills or experience that can bring value to the project.
 * Experience working in complex enterprise environments.

## Description

A passionate and experienced software engineer with strong expertise in Java microservices architectures and Apache Kafka, eager to contribute to high-impact projects while working with modern technologies and best development practices.

 * Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications.
 * Develop and optimize event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
 * Apply software design principles and best practices to ensure high-quality solutions.
 * Implement and maintain applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
 * Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
 * Contribute to software architecture decisions and technical designs.
 * Participate in the team's rotational 24/7 on-call support schedule (approximately one week every 3-4 months).
