Buscamos Técnicos/as Helpdesk de Soporte a usuarios/as, bilingüe catalán e inglés, jornada de tardes fines de semana. Si tienes experiencia dando soporte a usuarios/as, hablas catalán, dominas el inglés, eres una persona entusiasta de las tecnologías, y buscas una compañía seria, solvente y que valore a las personas como personas, hablemos. Funciones Atender llamadas y chats de clientes para resolver dudas e incidencias técnicas Requisitos: · Experiencia resolviendo incidencias de nivel 1 · CFGM Informática o similar, o conocimientos equivalentes · Compromiso con el puesto de trabajo · Habilidades comunicativas con el cliente. · Conocimientos de redes LAN/WAN · Conocimiento en VozIP. · Experiencia en redes WiFi (optimización de parámetros como la frecuencia o cambios de canal y diferencia enrte red 5Ghz vs red 2.4Ghz). · Saber cómo funciona el DHCP y el DNS · Saber habilitar una DMZ. · Saber diferenciar una IP pública de una IP privada. · Saber interpretar estado de
