## About the Role

Requisitos * 8 años de experiencia técnica y/o funcional en el área SAP, fundamentalmente en HCM.* 4 años de experiencia en gestión de equipos funcionales y técnicos (correctivo, evolutivo y soporte).* Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.* Capacidad de análisis de problemas y planteamiento de soluciones.* Conocimientos en tecnologías y productos SAP* Se valorará experiencia en entornos S/4 HANA y participación en proyectos de migración a S4 (brownfield, greenfield o híbrido)* Conocimientos de los diferentes módulos de HCM: PA (Administración de personal), PT (Gestión de tiempos), OM (Estructura organizativa) y PD (Desarrollo de Personal).* Experiencia en el desarrollo de diferentes objetos técnicos SAP/ABAP: SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Webdynpro, Workflows, RFC, Web Services, oData, BADIs, User-Exit, Enhacement, Modulepool, ALV orientado a objetos, Autorizaciones... You will be successful in this
