 - Ofrecer soporte técnico a usuarios (presencial y remoto) en niveles 1 y 2.
 - Ofrecer soporte funcional básico en SAP (usuarios, accesos, incidencias).
 - Configuración y administración de servicios de red (administración de IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, copias de seguridad y tareas básicas de ciberseguridad).
