## About the Role

* Strong project leadership and organisational skills
 * Excellent communication across diverse audiences (technical, non-technical, and executive)
 * User-focused and business-driven mindset
 * Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
 * Solution-oriented with a hands-on, proactive approach
 * Comfortable navigating international business environments and culturally diverse teams, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 * Minimum 5 years' experience in IT project delivery, ideally across multiple countries
 * Familiar with structured project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and/or Kanban
 * Experience in software development environments and with modern IT architecture (e.g. cloud platforms, APIs)
 * Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) is essential
 * Additional languages are a plus

## Description

This role plays a crucial part in rolling out scalable, modern IT solutions across multiple business units globally. You'll be responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-grade platforms and applications.

You'll collaborate with internal IT teams and external delivery partners to align project execution with broader strategic objectives. This position requires a blend of technical understanding, people management, and structured project leadership - ideal for someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment., * Project Management: Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of IT application and platform rollouts.

 * Stakeholder Engagement: Work with global business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Change Management: Prepare the organisation and its users for new systems through effective change enablement and training initiatives.
 * Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues efficiently to maintain momentum.
 * Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts between internal IT teams, external vendors, and end-users.
 * Process Optimisation: Share learnings and improve internal project delivery frameworks.
 * Reporting & Monitoring: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
