## Description

We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to support one of our Government Clients on a major digital programme. You will focus on key service areas, including authentication platforms, access controls, and fraud prevention initiatives

Core Responsibilities

 * Writing and Editing: Translate complex policy and "government-speak" into clear, accessible, user focused digital content.
 * User Focus: Ground design decisions in evidence using data analytics, user research insights, and usability testing
 * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with user researchers, interaction designers, software engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end services.
 * Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and policy leads to ensure technical accuracy while advocating for content standards and clarity
