* Strong experience in Workday test automation across HCM / Finance modules
 * Ability to design and maintain reusable automation frameworks for Workday business processes
 * Hands-on experience automating Workday regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios
 * Experience leading migration and stabilization of automation suites from vendor environments into client-owned environments
 * Strong expertise in regression planning, regression optimization, and release validation for large-scale Workday programs
 * Experience with automation tools such as Turnkey or Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UFT
 * Good understanding of Workday security roles, business process configuration, and test data setup
 * Experience validating upstream/downstream integrations, data reconciliation, and environment readiness during migration activities
 * Ability to define automation strategy, governance, script maintenance, CI/CD integration, and execution reporting
 * Ability to lead offshore/onshore automation teams, review scripts, track defects, and report test progress
 * Strong stakeholder communication with HR, Finance, implementation, and QA teams
