## About the Role

I'm currently looking for an experienced security cleared ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to support the design and delivery of IT Operations Management capabilities within a complex enterprise environment. This is an architecture-focused role requiring strong hands-on experience across ITOM, Event Management, AI Ops and CSDM/CMDB.

Essential Experience

 * Security clearance (SC)
 * Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect/Technical Architect
 * Extensive hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience
 * Strong expertise in: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and AI Ops/Operational Intelligence
 * Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure platforms
 * Strong understanding of ITIL and Enterprise Service Management
 * Experience designing secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions

## Description

* Lead ServiceNow ITOM architecture and solution design
 * Define technical architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and CMDB
 * Provide technical governance and assurance across delivery teams
 * Design scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring/infrastructure tooling
 * Support solution estimation, planning and approvals
 * Work with stakeholders to define requirements and architecture roadmaps
 * Ensure CMDB/CSDM supports service visibility, operations and reporting
 * Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators and project teams
