## About the Role

This role would suit an experienced Content Designer, UX Writer or Content Specialist with strong writing skills, accessibility knowledge and a user-centred approach. Experience with content strategy, user research and wider experience design would be highly beneficial., Essential:

 * SC Clearance
 * Strong commercial experience in Content Design / UX Writing.
 * Excellent writing and editing skills.
 * Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
 * Awareness of content strategy and information architecture.
 * Confidence testing content with users.
 * Strong stakeholder and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.

Desirable:

 * UK Central Government, Defence or regulated-sector experience.
 * Knowledge of GDS / GOV.UK service standards.
 * Experience with user research and usability testing.
 * Awareness of interaction, service or experience design., * Adobe

## Description

* Create clear, accessible and user-centred content.
 * Work across the service lifecycle to understand user needs.
 * Shape content strategy and improve information architecture.
 * Write, test and iterate content based on user feedback.
 * Collaborate closely with user researchers, interaction designers and service designers.
 * Ensure content is treated as a core part of the user experience.
 * Apply accessibility and inclusive content principles.
