* Telefonischen Support für unsere Kunden
 * Qualifizierte Fehleranalyse, Ticketdokumentation und Störungsbehebung
 * Operative Tätigkeiten zur Wahrung einer ausfallsicheren IT-Infrastruktur
 * Vorbereitung, Koordination und Organisation deiner Onsite-Serviceeinsätze
 * Mitarbeit bzw. eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten, User Angebot an unsere Kunden ist leicht erklärt, denn wir liefern die passende IT- und Kommunikationslösung für unsere Kunden.
