## About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Field Engineer to join a forward-thinking team in Ferndown. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated to deliver first-class IT solutions across a wide range of clients and projects., We're seeking a motivated and proactive professional who can hit the ground running:

Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role

Networking knowledge (offline and Microsoft 365 skills essential)

Strong organisational and planning abilities

A hands-on, problem-solving approach with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

## Description

In this varied role, you'll work on both support and implementation projects, taking ownership from planning through to delivery. Typical duties include:

Providing on-site fault support and resolution

Leading installation projects, from surveys to final handover

Collaborating with end users and colleagues to plan and deliver solutions

Inputting into solution design, quoting, and creating statements of work

Ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
