* Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
 * Experience using manufacturing ERP systems
 * Understanding of production planning principles
 * Familiarity with manufacturing orders
 * Excellent organisation and attention to detail
 * Strong communication skills
 * Comfortable managing several priorities at once
 * Strong IT and data-handling ability
 * Proactive and customer-focused approach

Experience with inventory management, operational coordination or continuous improvement would be advantageous.

## Description

We are recruiting for a proactive Production Planning & ERP Coordinator to support the smooth flow of customer orders into production within a busy manufacturing environment.

This role combines ERP administration, manufacturing order preparation, production planning and customer order coordination.

The Role

 * Prepare and maintain item and production data within the ERP system
 * Coordinate production-planning activities
 * Monitor priorities and production requirements
 * Create, review and release Manufacturing Orders
 * Process customer orders
 * Produce accurate order confirmations
 * Maintain accurate ERP records
 * Support ERP and planning issue resolution
 * Communicate delivery information to customers
 * Work closely with internal production and operational teams
 * Support continuous improvement of planning and ERP processes
