This role combines hands-on business intelligence capability with broader innovation and transformation leadership. The postholder will work across Operations, Technology, Business Intelligence, Client Engagement and third-party partners to turn ideas and data into scalable, measurable solutions across one of ABM's major client accounts in London and across the UK. The ideal candidate will bring strong Power BI and data analytics capability, alongside experience leading technology pilots, change initiatives and operational improvement projects within facilities management, workplace services or cleaning operations.
