## Description

Head of Data Science

 * Lead, develop and mentor the Data Science team, building a high-performing function that delivers measurable business impact.
 * Define and execute the Data Science strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and commercial priorities.
 * Drive the delivery of data science products and solutions from concept through to implementation and adoption.
 * Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where data science can solve problems, improve performance and create value.
 * Lead cross-functional teams, bringing together data, technology, operations and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
 * Remove project barriers and delivery bottlenecks, ensuring initiatives are prioritised effectively and executed at pace.
 * Establish scalable operating models, governance frameworks and ways of working that improve productivity, quality and delivery.
 * Manage stakeholder relationships, resource planning and team growth, ensuring the Data Science function remains a trusted partner to the wider business.
