## About the Role

This is a Software Team role primarily focused on a combination of project leadership, team leadership and the development of clean, scalable code. Due to the nature of the work you will be required to go through the clearance process., * Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems or similar is highly desirable

 * Good commercial Embedded Linux or Embedded C++ experience
 * Previous experience leading teams of software engineers at a Technical level
 * Good written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience working on products utilising FPGA's is highly desirable
 * Commercial experience building products with latency in mind is also advantageous
 * Any interest in Rust is highly desirable but not essential.

The company are offering is competitive dependent on experience (likely six figures) along with an excellent benefits package.
