## Description

Are you ready to play a key role at the heart of a critical defence programme? We're looking for a highly capable IT Support Engineer with active DV clearance to join a specialist team supporting secure and mission-critical systems. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your expertise will directly contribute to national security operations.
You'll be responsible for delivering hands-on technical support and operational IT services within a tightly controlled setting. Working alongside security, engineering, and service teams, you'll help ensure that vital systems remain reliable, secure, and fully operational.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 * Providing day-to-day support across secure IT environments
 * Managing user accounts, access rights, and permissions in line with strict security protocols
 * Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software assets
 * Monitoring system performance, availability, and security posture
 * Responding to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
 * Maintaining accurate system documentation and asset records
 * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
