The role involves supporting and evolving a globally distributed network environment across on-premises data centres, cloud platforms, and international offices spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC. This hands-on position combines network operations, design, security, voice systems, and cloud connectivity within a mission-critical environment. The postholder will monitor network performance and electronic transactions, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure system reliability and security.
