You will be confident investigating technical issues, working independently and communicating effectively with users at all levels. You should have a practical understanding of Windows operating systems, endpoint management, hardware and software support, together with the ability to learn and work with specialist technologies. Experience with Intune, SCCM, Azure, mobile device management, telephony or Airwave would be advantageous. You will be organised, customer-focused and able to prioritise workloads effectively. Most importantly, you will demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a commitment to the values and principles expected within a policing environment. ## Description This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users and working with a broad range of IT technologies. You will provide operational and technical support and advice to users across the organisation, ensuring IT issues and service requests are diagnosed and resolved as quickly and effectively as possible. You will work across a varied technology environment, including Airwave, telephony, PCs, Windows operating systems, standard and non-standard software, mobile devices and peripheral technologies.
