You will drive the solution from architecture and design through development, deployment, and ongoing production support. As the technical lead, you will set the standard for code quality, guide design decisions, and act as the primary point of contact for the application., This is a hands-on leadership role where you are expected to contribute code daily, perform code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical direction while maintaining close engagement with customers and stakeholders.
