## About the Role

+ At least 3 years of experience as a web or brand designer at a startup or agency
 + You know the user-centred design process inside out
 + You're fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite is a nice plus
 + You're an independent designer who communicates well with both client and team
 + Experience presenting digital products and defending your design rationale
 + You can run several projects at once and manage your own planning
 + You draw inspiration from a range of sources and follow developments in the field
 + A strong portfolio with web and app projects, motion and 3D design are a nice plus
Nice to have

 + Experience with motion design, After Effects or 3D tools such as Blender or Spline
 + Experience setting up design systems in Figma
 + Affinity with front-end: you understand what it takes technically
 + Experience with eCommerce and conversion-focused design
 + Experience facilitating client workshops
