* Significant professional software development experience with strong Java proficiency. Experience with Python and/or Keycloak is a strong plus.
 * A proven track record of designing and building reliable, maintainable, andscalable solutions.
 * A strong 'you build it, you run it' attitude, taking full responsibility foryour code from development to production.
 * The ability to lead by technical example, mentoring peers and influencing architectural decisions.
 * A commitment to working with the Mendix low-code application developmentsuite, dedicating majority of your time to this domain.
 * A proactive approach to navigating ambiguity and accepting complexchallenges, balancing innovation with pragmatic delivery.
 * The discernment to select the optimal tools and languages for the problem athand. Our stack includes Java, Python.
 * Experience with Cloud providers like AWS and solid understanding ofKubernetes/Docker, or an eagerness to learn and master thesetechnologies.
