You'll ideally have experience working within a sizeable corporate or enterprise IT environment and be confident troubleshooting across a broad Microsoft infrastructure estate. You should have strong experience with: * Microsoft Azure Local * Microsoft 365 * Windows Server and desktop environments * Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM / ConfigMgr) * Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management * Basic networking and infrastructure troubleshooting * Experience with SQL Server, Citrix, DNS, Always On VPN, Managed File Transfer (MFT), FTPS/SFTP and enterprise backup solutions would also be beneficial. You'll be a strong problem solver with a methodical approach to troubleshooting, good communication skills and the ability to take ownership of issues from initial investigation through to resolution. ## Description This is a great opportunity for an experienced infrastructure or 3rd line support professional who enjoys being hands-on with technology, troubleshooting complex issues and getting involved in infrastructure projects and improvements. You'll be part of a team responsible for maintaining and evolving a large-scale Microsoft infrastructure environment, supporting both on-premises and cloud technologies. You'll act as a technical escalation point for complex issues, take ownership of major incidents and help deliver infrastructure changes and improvements.
