## About the Role

·A genuine interest in IT

·Experience over qualifications is KEY

·2nd Line Service desk experience

·Must be capable of deploying, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 solutions, including user and tenant management, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, security policies and identity management.

·Ideally have IT qualifications such as MCP, MCDST, Network+

·Excellent verbal and written skills

·A team member, someone that will go the extra mile, energetic, eager to learn, eager to contribute to a small team, ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved with any task needed!

·The role will involve site based work, so ideally someone that drives however, this is not essential

Skills Required:

·Microsoft Windows OS - Windows 10/11, Server 2012-2024

·Microsoft Office 2016 up to Office365

·Networking infrastructure, protocols, switching, routing, DHCP and DNS

·Mac OS - 13 onwards

·Strong troubleshooting skills

·Good communication

·Reliable and good time keeping

## Description

·You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to a diverse network of existing clients

·You will be the 'voice' of the business, the first port of call to numerous long-standing clients, so the need to be clear, concise and upholding the company's values is essential

·As the IT Support Engineer, you will be providing support over the phone, by email, remote session and onsite as required

·Working with the company's internal systems, you will log and update all support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring all SLA's are met

·The IT Support engineer will respond to reactive needs however, being proactive will be a key skill needed

·You will work on the setup/repair of computers and peripherals as well as rebuild existing installations
