## About the Role

* Strong hands-on Data Architecture experience within enterprise-scale environments
 * Extensive experience with dimensional modelling, star schemas, facts, dimensions and Kimball methodologies
 * Experience designing curated and semantic layers within modern cloud data platforms
 * Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture and Azure-based Data Lakehouse environments
 * Experience establishing governance, standards and data architecture best practices
 * Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing senior leaders
 * Experience within Financial Services, Professional Services or other regulated environments would be advantageous, * Medallion Architecture and Azure-based Data Lakehouse

## Description

* Own the data modelling and architecture strategy across a modern Azure Data Lakehouse environment
 * Design and govern enterprise-wide data models across Medallion Architecture layers
 * Create scalable curated and semantic data models using dimensional modelling and Kimball methodologies
 * Define data standards, governance frameworks and modelling best practices across the platform
 * Work closely with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to deliver data solutions
 * Act as the technical authority for data modelling and architecture across the business
 * Support the evolution from operational reporting towards predictive and prescriptive analytics
