Working under the guidance of the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will help deliver reliable, secure, and scalable network, compute, storage, and virtualization solutions. You will use your technical expertise to resolve complex issues, contribute to infrastructure projects and work closely with IT peers and business stakeholders to ensure our systems meet organisational standards for performance, availability, and security. In addition to designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, analysing and troubleshooting systems, managing upgrades and enhancements, and supporting the successful execution of infrastructure projects, you will provide technical guidance to junior engineers, contribute to project planning, and ensure work is delivered in line with company policies, ITIL-based processes, and agreed service levels. By staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, particularly in Linux administration, Microsoft 365, automation, and infrastructure management, you will help drive innovation and the ongoing evolution of Vantage's global IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure platforms including: VMware, Microsoft Azure, Linux, Servers, Storage Platforms, Networking, Cloud Services Support infrastructure operations across multiple locations and customer-facing hybrid environments. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues. Support upgrades, patching, and configuration changes. Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
