* Sie haben zum Startpunkt der Ausbildung eine abgeschlossene Schulausbildung, vorzugsweise mittlerer Schulabschluss/Fachoberschulreife
 * Spaß und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Computern, idealerweise MS-Office-Kenntnisse
 * Intrinsische Motivation den Status Quo durch digitalisierung zu verbessern
 * Vorstellungskraft wie aus einem Problem eine Softwarelösung resultiert
 * Strukturiertes und analytisches Denken sowie ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen
 * Hohe Motivation sowie gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gute Deutsch- und vorzugsweise auch Englischkenntnisse
 * Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von NRW
