## About the Role

* Einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss oder eine Hoch- bzw. Fachhochschulreife
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Gutes Verständnis für Mathe und Informatik
 * Freude daran, gemeinsam Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und Lösungen zu entwickeln

Gemeinsam mit unserem Kooperationspartner, der BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH, bieten wir Dir eine umfangreiche Einführungs- und Kennenlernphase sowie eine fundierte Ausbildung und persönliche Betreuung. Du lernst von und mit erfahrenen Ausbilder*innen sowie Koordinator*innen und sollte es mal nicht so gut laufen, unterstützen wir Dich mit zusätzlichen Angeboten und einer umfangreichen Prüfungsvorbereitung.
